The staff here were always ready to help whenever we needed it.

It was decent base for traveling to Santiago, I was glad to stay there. The hotel staff was very amiable and pleasant, not annoying. The location was favourable in the middle of jackson. And it was also right by mall, the restaurant, and Santiago.

Located near the highway, this hotel has a perfect location for travelers. Restaurants, malls, and gas stations are close by. the room and bathroom are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. the swimming pool is a great size. the A/C is very effective in keeping the room cool. the restaurant has a great menu, and the breakfast selection is very good.

The hotel pool was closed on Sundays, and the restaurant closed early.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was easily accessible from the highway and in close proximity to malls, downtown and various restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities, especially the clean and well-maintained pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were fantastic and reasonably priced.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complimentary wine bottle and fruit basket that welcomed me in my room. the hotel's location near the bustling city center and shopping mall was also practical. the rooftop bar with its amazing view of the city was a bonus.

My holiday experience was dampened by some negative aspects. the air conditioning in my room was faulty and the loud noises from the street and nearby construction site made for a less than restful night's sleep.
